According to Forbes, the Nvidia CEO's fortune is also at $124.5 billion. Despite his huge fortune, billionaire Jensen Huang is a workaholic. "Work is a wonderful thing. I always work as much as I can. I work seven days a week. At 61, he shows no signs of slowing down. “I always want to do hard things and then do really hard things,” he said on the 20VC podcast in March. The billionaire works during the week and on holidays, but he doesn’t feel pressured and instead finds it relaxing because he loves what he does. "People are surprised how much time I spend in the cafeteria, whether it's lunch or dinner," he said. He encourages employees at all levels on all projects to come to him if they need support. "On average, I get 50 direct reports a day, and there's not a task below me that I don't know about," the Nvidia boss said. He also encourages everyone in the company to send him the top five things on their minds. The Nvidia chief sees himself as the company's culture steward. "If you want to be a culture steward, you can't do it through CNN or through articles in Forbes . You have to do it with 1% of the time, or large crowds at once, so that's how I spend my time," he shared at the conference.
