Tuition is completely exempted for majors training political theory lecturers (Philosophy, Scientific Socialism, Political Economy, History of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh Thought).
Majors: Advertising, Professional Public Relations, International Political Relations and Communication, Foreign Information, English Language, Sociology, Publishing Editing, will have a tuition fee of 1,058 million VND/credit.

The tuition fee for the standard program at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City) is 271,000 VND/credit for students of the 2021 class. For the Vietnamese Studies program, the tuition fee for foreigners is 1.32 million VND/credit.
For the 2022 class to date, the tuition fees for the majors of Philosophy, Religious Studies, History, Geography, Information - Library, and Archival Studies are 473,000 VND/credit (14.3 million VND/school year).
The group of majors in Education, Linguistics, Literature, Cultural Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, Oriental Studies, Office Administration, Social Work, Educational Management, Educational Psychology, Urban Studies, Information Management, Vietnamese Studies (for Vietnamese people) has a rate of 704,000 VND/credit (21.78 million VND/school year).
International Relations, Psychology, Journalism, Multimedia Communication group: 781,000 VND/credit (24.2 million VND/school year).
For high-quality training programs, tuition fees for courses from 2021 onwards are VND 840,000/credit (VND 36 million/school year). Tuition fees for courses from 2022 to present are VND 1.95 million/credit (VND 60 million/school year).

Hanoi University of Culture applies the tuition fee of 384,000 VND/credit for the 2024-2025 school year. This year, the school enrolls 1,850 students, of which 65% are based on the results of the 2024 high school graduation exam.
The school enrolls students according to 5 admission methods: Direct admission, 2024 high school graduation exam results, high school transcripts, combined high school transcripts with school regulations, combined high school transcripts with aptitude test scores.
The benchmark for Journalism here is always at the top. In 2023, block C00 takes 26.85 points, blocks D01; D78; D96; A16; A00 take 25.85 points.
In the 2024-2025 school year, the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology plans to increase tuition fees for the general program from 27 to 34 million VND/year depending on the major. For average quality programs, the tuition fees range from about 39 to 55 million VND/year depending on the major.
The average tuition fee for the Bachelor of Information Technology program with an application orientation is about 35 - 37 million VND/year. In the international joint program for the 2024-2025 school year, the tuition fee ranges from 49 - 55.5 million VND/year depending on the program.

According to the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training, candidates can register their admission wishes on the Ministry's common system from July 18 and can adjust their wishes, an unlimited number of times, until 5:00 p.m. on July 30.
From July 31 to 5:00 p.m. August 6, candidates pay admission fees online.
Before 5pm on August 19, schools must announce the benchmark scores and notify the first round of admission candidates, 3 days earlier than last year. By 5pm on August 27, candidates must complete online admission confirmation.
The 2024 high school graduation exam will be held on June 27 and 28. Candidates will take the Math and Literature exams on June 27. On June 28, candidates will take the Foreign Language exam and a combined exam in Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) or Social Sciences (History, Geography, Civic Education).
The Ministry of Education and Training plans to announce the 2024 high school graduation exam scores from 8:00 a.m. on July 17. If candidates have any questions about the results, they have 10 days to file a request for review. The deadline for considering recognition of high school graduation for students is July 19.
