Beach tourism areas and destinations prepare to welcome visitors during peak season

Sam Son coastal tourist urban area is ready to welcome visitors to swim and relax.

As the province's key coastal tourism center, Sam Son City currently has 1,024 accommodation establishments, with 23,347 rooms and nearly 300 food and beverage service establishments. Of which, 92 tourist accommodation establishments are ranked from 1 to 5 stars, ensuring "bright - clean - beautiful", meeting the increasing needs of tourists. Up to now, most of the accommodation establishments and restaurants have basically completed the renovation of the campus, facilities and training and recruitment of human resources. The highlight in the Sam Son coastal tourism picture this year must include the Lasong Hotel & Villas Sam Son resort. This is the first international standard hotel in Thanh Hoa operated by the brand The Unlimited Collection. Lasong Hotel & Villas Sam Son is considered a destination to help visitors discover a completely new Sam Son, with luxurious and sophisticated resort space, creative cuisine... to colorful cultural, festival, art, music and entertainment activities.

The plans for arranging and managing services, trade and tourism are adjusted to create proactiveness and flexibility for effective implementation by units. The inspection and examination of business conditions on accommodation establishments, restaurants, food safety and hygiene, fire prevention and fighting, price management... are guaranteed to be seriously implemented, with the goal of making Sam Son a safe and vibrant destination throughout the summer of 2025.

As one of the bustling tourist destinations of Nghi Son town, Anh Phat Hotels & Resorts resort, entertainment and recreation complex has now completed preparations to welcome guests. Director of Anh Phat Hotel Services Co., Ltd., Dau Khac Tien, said: “Up to now, 300 rooms at Anh Phat Hotels & Resorts have been refurbished with interiors and conditions to ensure safety for guests during the peak season. Along with that, outdoor entertainment areas such as off-road racing, zipline, paintball, grass sliding, etc. have been maintained and inspected. In addition, to ensure human resources for service during the peak season, we have cooperated with Hong Duc University and the University of Culture, Sports and Tourism to add more staff, and at the same time organize training in skills and professions suitable for each department. Up to now, the number of guests booking rooms for the April 30 and May 1 holidays at Anh Phat Hotels & Resorts has reached 80% on April 30 and about 60% on the remaining days of the holiday.”

In the coastal tourist areas of Hai Hoa and Bai Dong, localities have organized a campaign to clean up the main roads leading to the tourist areas and beaches. Along with that, Nghi Son town has issued plans to strengthen the management and business activities of tourism services in the town. Vice Chairman of Nghi Son Town People's Committee, Mai Sy Lan, said: "To ensure the conditions for welcoming visitors during the peak season, the Town People's Committee has assigned the Town Construction Investment Project Management Board to urge contractors to speed up the completion of construction items in Hai Hoa Marine Ecotourism Area, supervise the collection and transportation of waste to ensure a clean and beautiful environment for the tourist season. Along with that, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to focus on State management of environmental sanitation, paying attention to central roads and beaches of tourist areas serving festivals and the 2025 sea tourism season. During this time, the town will strengthen inspection, detection and timely handling of violations of construction order in tourist areas and spots; at the same time, coordinate with functional forces to handle acts of setting up tents, street vendors that spoil the beauty of the beach area... in order to build the image of a civilized and friendly destination".

Sea tourism is identified as the province's "brand" product, so ensuring conditions for welcoming visitors in the upcoming summer tourist season is of particular concern to all levels, sectors and localities. With the active participation of all parties and efforts to innovate products and improve service quality of enterprises, Thanh Hoa sea tourism areas are gradually affirming their position as attractive destinations on the national tourism map. In particular, the success of the peak tourist season is considered an important basis for Thanh Hoa to build and spread the image of "Safe and attractive destination" to domestic and international tourists.
