Accompanying the construction and development of the local economy, the business community in Ninh Binh city is increasingly increasing in quantity, growing in quality, expanding in fields and scale of operation. Currently, there are more than 1,600 businesses in the city, operating in many fields in 14 communes and wards.
By the end of 2023, the Ninh Binh City Business Association had attracted more than 400 members. In recent years, members have strived to overcome difficulties and achieved good results, including: Actively applying science, technology, and digital technology to production and business, implementing culture and civilization in enterprises, protecting the working environment in enterprises, completing production and business plans to create jobs for workers, and fully paying the budget. Typical examples are: Xuan Thanh Economic Group, Thien Truong An Company Limited, Vietnam Electric Fan Production and Trading Company Limited, Long Thuy Dang Service Company Limited, etc.
Along with promoting production and business, many members of the Ninh Binh City Business Association have actively contributed to the social security movement in the city and province such as: Supporting the construction of charity houses for families with preferential policies, contributing to funds to encourage education and talent, supporting families in difficult circumstances... with an amount of billions of VND each year.
Speaking at the meeting, the representative of the Ninh Binh City People's Committee acknowledged and commended the important contributions of the business community in general and the City Business Association in particular in the construction and development of the city. At the same time, he hoped that the business community and businessmen of the city would continue to uphold their sense of responsibility, promote businesses to operate more effectively, promote their role as political cores, and do a good job of mobilizing workers and business owners to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws. In addition, they should pay more attention to serving the people, local socio-political issues, and participate in charitable and humanitarian activities, ensuring social security and poverty reduction in the city.
On this occasion, the City People's Committee awarded 20 collectives and individuals for their contributions to the city's socio-economic development and social security in 2024.
* On the occasion of Vietnam Entrepreneurs Day, on the afternoon of October 10, Nho Quan district organized a meeting with typical businesses and entrepreneurs who have contributed to the development of the locality.
In Nho Quan district, there are currently over 200 enterprises operating in various fields and industries; creating jobs for tens of thousands of workers, with an average income of 6 million VND/person/month, contributing hundreds of billions of VND in tax obligations to the State each year.
Besides production and business, entrepreneurs, enterprises and business households in the area always pay attention to social security, humanitarian charity and new rural construction.
Speaking to congratulate the outstanding enterprises and businessmen, Mr. Hoang Khac Tiep, Chairman of the District People's Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of enterprises and businessmen in the area, always accompanying the locality in socio-economic development. Especially, in difficult conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, enterprises have worked well with the Party Committee and the government to do a good job of social security in the area.
The Chairman of the District People's Committee also shared: In 2024, due to the impact of the world economy, businesses in general, including businesses in the district in particular, encountered many difficulties in production, business and stabilizing the lives of workers.
To overcome difficulties with businesses, the Party Committee and the government of Nho Quan district have focused on implementing administrative reforms, especially reforming administrative procedures, improving the investment and business environment, and enhancing competitiveness. At the same time, the district has promptly and effectively implemented State policies to support and remove difficulties for businesses and people, promoting growth. In the first 9 months of the year, with determination and efforts to overcome difficulties, the District Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee have focused on promptly directing and synchronously implementing solutions to develop production and ensure social security; along with the drastic participation of the entire political system, the efforts and determination of all levels and sectors, and the support of the business community and people in the area. Therefore, the socio-economic situation of the district has achieved positive results in all areas. By October 2, 2024, the total budget revenue in the district reached 496.6 billion VND.
With the motto "Accompanying the development of enterprises", in the coming time, Nho Quan district will continue to innovate in approaching problems, working methods and ways of directing and operating; strengthen coordination and sharing between the government and enterprises; promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, promote production and business of enterprises.
The Chairman of the District People's Committee hopes that the local business community and investors in the district will continue to make efforts to overcome difficulties, restructure and develop businesses in a green and sustainable direction, taking digital transformation as a driving force to integrate businesses into the international economy. At the same time, there will be long-term solutions to adapt, transform management methods, promote production and business together with the locality to develop the socio-economy.

At the meeting, delegates reviewed the tradition of Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day as well as the development of the Kim Son business community and its contributions to the socio-economic development of the district and the province.
2024 is a year with many challenges for businesses. However, under the direct guidance of the District Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee, and the efforts of the business community and the people, the socio-economic situation of Kim Son district continues to maintain a good growth momentum, and social security is ensured.
Accompanying the development process of the district, the business community and entrepreneurs of Kim Son district have made rapid progress in both quantity and quality. The structure, scale and fields of operation have changed in line with the economic restructuring, efficiency and competitiveness have been improved. The whole district currently has more than 300 enterprises, with a total registered capital of over 2,000 billion VND, creating jobs for nearly 30,000 workers in the area.
The business community in the district not only contributes to the local budget but also actively participates in activities to join hands in building new rural areas, contributes to implementing social security programs, supports billions of VND for policy families, poor households, people with disabilities, funds to encourage education, encourage talents, support people affected by natural disasters, storms and floods and many other meaningful social activities. These practical and meaningful actions have spread widely in the business community and entrepreneurs of Kim Son district, and have been recognized and highly appreciated by the people and authorities at all levels in the district.
Congratulating, praising and appreciating the contributions of business people to the development of the locality, Secretary of the District Party Committee Mai Khanh affirmed that Kim Son district still has a lot of room and is facing great opportunities for development. He hopes that the business community in the area will continue to promote the creative spirit, dare to think and dare to do of the people of Kim Son, uphold the spirit of leadership, actively and proactively apply scientific and technological advances, promote the application of digital technology in management and production, business, promote the spirit of creative entrepreneurship, innovation, boldness in investment and development, especially investment in areas with potential and advantages of the district; mobilize all resources, promote combined strength to bring Kim Son into a new breakthrough development stage.
