On November 22nd in Hanoi, SaaS Day 2024 took place - an event to demonstrate the latest technologies and share stories of ideal business models in the digital age.
SaaS (Software as a Service) is a cloud software model that provides applications over the Internet to users. Since the emergence and development of cloud technology, SaaS has become a new field and market on the digital platform.
Mr. Nguyen Thuong Tuong Minh delivered the opening speech at the event.
This year, SaaS Day brings different thinking and breakthrough technology, from customer management to operational optimization, supporting "increasing revenue, reducing expenses" and ready to accompany the future development of businesses.
Sharing at the SaaS Day 2024 event, Mr. Nguyen Thuong Tuong Minh - General Director of Base.vn said: "With the vision and mission of building a comprehensive open business management platform to provide specialized software solutions to serve the business community in Vietnam, we have worked day and night for the past 8 years to launch and deploy core management product sets for businesses".

More specifically, it has not only served a few specific industry groups, but has served more than 53 different large and small industries, as well as appeared in all 63 provinces and cities nationwide.
At the event, Base.vn launched two new solutions: Base CRM and Base Service. Base CRM is a comprehensive customer management solution that helps businesses increase revenue, an important piece to complete a comprehensive management platform for businesses.
Base Service is an internal service management application that empowers businesses to create the desired operational flow.
This new application will help leaders grasp the big picture, clarify “blind spots” in operations, quickly handle bottlenecks, increase execution speed and optimize costs for the business.
SaaS Day - an annual series of technology and management events held in all three regions: Ho Chi Minh City (November 13), Hanoi (November 22) and Da Nang (November 28) with the theme "New generation enterprises - Technology goes hand in hand with passion".
Held since 2018, SaaS Day organized by Base.vn has become the most anticipated annual event of the SaaS industry.
