Residential Group 3 has 91 households with 315 people. Over the years, the people in the residential group have united to build a residential area that is increasingly developed in all aspects.
The residential group has been recognized as a cultural residential group for 17 consecutive years. In 2023, 88/91 families met the cultural family standards; the residential group no longer had poor or near-poor households. The cultural and spiritual life of the people is increasingly improving.
The residential group currently has 5 sports clubs, an art troupe and 5 inter-family houses that regularly operate with quality, contributing to maintaining security and order in the residential area. Notably, in recent times, the people in the group have agreed to contribute labor and money to build a cultural house; decorate, light up, and plant flowers and trees on the streets. Currently, 100% of the roads in the residential group have a water supply and drainage system and are paved with standard asphalt. Attention is paid to the work of encouraging learning, encouraging talents and social security.
With the theme of the Festival being "All people join hands to build solidarity houses for poor households; build new rural areas, civilized urban areas", residential group 3 determined to continue to pay attention to implementing social security work well, supporting families in difficult circumstances... Unite and determine to build a bright, green, clean, beautiful and civilized residential area.
Attending and sharing joy with the people of Residential Group 3 in the National Great Unity Day, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed his excitement and emotion when seeing the solidarity and attachment of the people in the residential area; at the same time, he praised the outstanding results that Residential Group 3 has achieved in recent years.
Providing general information to the people about the socio-economic development situation of the province in the first 10 months of 2023, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that solidarity is a precious tradition, an important factor creating the strength of our nation. Therefore, in the coming time, we must continue to arouse, promote, mobilize and motivate the people to unite together to successfully carry out political tasks in the area.
He suggested that the People's Front Committee continue to promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, promote and improve the quality of patriotic emulation campaigns and movements. The people should pay attention to protecting the environment; preserve cultural lifestyle, studious spirit, solidarity in each family, clan, community... to build a strong and prosperous homeland.
On this occasion, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Song Tung presented the residential group with 3 paintings of "Uncle Ho and Uncle Ton shaking hands in solidarity" and presented 10 gifts to families in difficult circumstances. The leaders of Tam Diep city and Tay Son ward also presented gifts to congratulate the Festival and commended exemplary families in the movement to build a cultural life in residential areas.
* On the morning of November 16, comrade Do Viet Anh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission attended and joined in the Great National Unity Day of the residential area of hamlet 11 Dong Cuong, Khanh Cuong commune (Yen Khanh district), practically celebrating the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2023).

Hamlet 11 Dong Cuong is located near the center of Khanh Cuong commune with 61 households and 201 people. Under the leadership of the Party Committee, the government, and the guidance of the Commune Fatherland Front Committee, the Hamlet 11 Residential Area Front Working Committee regularly coordinates with branches and youth unions to widely propagate to union members, members and people to compete in labor production, develop the economy, support and help each other to get rich legitimately; practice a civilized lifestyle in weddings and funerals; promote learning and talent; maintain environmental sanitation; implement democracy regulations at the grassroots level, openly and transparently, and in accordance with the people's wishes.
Thanks to that, people in the village always comply with the Party's policies and the State's laws; unite, love and help each other in life.
Up to now, the average income of people in the hamlet is estimated at 55 million VND/person/year. The hamlet has 1 Cheo singing club and 1 folk dance club, attracting 70% of the population to participate regularly; a fund to encourage learning and talent with an amount of 30 million VND; 95% of people receive medical examination and treatment with health insurance; 96.7% of families achieve the title of cultural family... The hamlet strives to complete 10 criteria of a model new rural residential area by the end of 2023.

Inheriting and promoting the heroic tradition of the nation, in recent years, the Party Committee, army and people of the whole province have united, seized opportunities, been proactive, creative, overcame difficulties, and strived to achieve important results in all fields.
