Adhering closely to the requirements and tasks during the National Day holiday on September 2nd, 2024, Brigade 172, Region 3 of the Navy, thoroughly implemented orders, directives, and guidelines from higher levels regarding combat readiness. The unit fully developed and practiced combat readiness plans; strictly maintained discipline and duty rosters at all levels; regularly conducted inspections and ensured the synchronization and combat readiness of weapons and technical equipment, ready to perform missions at sea, preventing any unexpected situations.

In addition, the Brigade has effectively planned and organized cultural, artistic, and sports activities within the unit. These activities are meaningful, creating a beneficial recreational space during long holidays, fostering solidarity and camaraderie within the unit, and directly contributing to improving the spiritual well-being of officers and soldiers.

Previously, on August 29, in Cam Ranh City and Cam Lam District, Khanh Hoa Province, the Naval Region 4 Command inspected combat readiness at agencies and units under the Region in preparation for the National Day holiday on September 2.

At agencies and units, inspection teams of the Regional Command focused on checking plans to protect agencies, units, forces, combat-ready vehicles, fire prevention and fighting plans, rescue plans, etc.

Through inspections of combat readiness, agencies and units throughout the region have done a good job of preparation, ensuring a complete system of documents, forces, and equipment closely aligned with various situations, plans, and unit conditions; organizing training exercises to ensure efficient mobilization and response times for forces and equipment on standby for combat readiness, fire prevention, and rescue operations.

After the inspection of the Region, agencies and units continued to practice and master the plans, immediately overcome the limitations pointed out by the delegation, continue to educate and raise awareness for officers and soldiers about the task of being ready to fight during the National Day holiday on September 2, complete all tasks well, and ensure absolute safety.
