In line with the requirements and tasks during the National Day holiday of September 2, 2024, Brigade 172, Naval Region 3 has thoroughly grasped the orders, directives and instructions of all levels on combat readiness. The unit has fully developed and organized training on combat readiness plans; strictly maintained the order and duty regime at all levels; regularly organized inspections, maintained the synchronization and combat readiness of weapons and technical equipment, and is ready to perform tasks at sea, avoiding being surprised in any situation.
In addition, the Brigade has developed a plan and effectively organized cultural, artistic and sports activities at the unit. This is a meaningful activity, creating a useful playground during the long holiday, building solidarity within the unit, directly contributing to improving the spiritual life of officers and soldiers.
Previously, on August 29, in Cam Ranh City and Cam Lam District, Khanh Hoa Province, the Naval Region 4 Command inspected combat readiness at agencies and units under the Region in preparation for the National Day holiday on September 2.

At agencies and units, inspection teams of the Regional Command focused on inspecting plans to protect agencies, units, forces, combat-ready vehicles, fire prevention and fighting plans, search and rescue plans, etc.
Through the inspection of combat readiness of agencies and units in the whole Region, they have done a good job of preparation, ensuring a complete system of documents, forces, and means in line with situations, plans and unit situations; organizing drills on plans to ensure good time for maneuvering and handling situations of forces and means on duty ready for combat, fire prevention, rescue, etc.
After the inspection by the Region, agencies and units continued to practice and master the plans, immediately overcome the limitations pointed out by the delegation, continue to educate and raise awareness for officers and soldiers about the task of being ready to fight during the National Day holiday on September 2, complete all tasks well, and ensure absolute safety.
