Of which, 11 comrades were admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam; 27 comrades were awarded Certificates of Merit in the annual "Determined to Win" emulation movement in the Army. This time, Hai Ha district has 135 soldiers from 4 units who have completed their military service and returned to their localities. After 2 years of enlistment in the units, in the new soldier training session, 31 comrades were sent to study for training as non-commissioned officers and technical staff; 104 comrades continued to be mobilized to training units and to perform combat readiness duties, participating in the implementation of the unit's tasks. During the training process in the units, 1 comrade was awarded the title of Emulation Soldier, 3 comrades were admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam, and 26 comrades were awarded the title of Advanced Soldier. 100% of the discharged comrades strictly followed the laws, military discipline and regulations of the unit.
