This is the next Telegram, after the Telegram of September 4 on proactively responding to storm No. 3.
The dispatch clearly stated: To ensure the safety of life and property of teachers, students, education managers and people, the Minister of Education and Training requests the Directors of the Departments of Education and Training of the northern provinces and cities from Nghe An and above to strictly implement the dispatches No. 86, 87, dispatch No. 88/CD-TTg dated September 6, 2024 of the Prime Minister and dispatch No. 1170/CD-BGD&DT dated September 4, 2024 of the Minister of Education and Training; and at the same time, immediately implement the following contents:
Based on the actual situation in the locality, students of all levels are allowed to stay home from school to ensure safety; absolutely do not be subjective with post-storm circulation.
For educational institutions that organize boarding and semi-boarding, it is necessary to have measures to ensure safety and prepare food and drinking water for students in dormitories; do not let them go home during storms, which are unsafe.
Continue to proactively take measures to prevent flooding, develop plans to ensure the safety of school buildings; move machinery, teaching equipment, documents, and records to higher floors or to places without the risk of flooding to avoid damage.
Develop a plan to clean classrooms, take measures to prevent epidemics to ensure cleanliness and safety when students return to school, and have a plan to make up for lost time during the school break.
Ready for people to take shelter in educational facilities with safe facilities.
