The Management Board of Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone said that during the National Day holiday on September 2, import and export activities of goods in the province will still take place normally and continuously at the international border gates of Huu Nghi, Tan Thanh, Coc Nam, Chi Ma and Dong Dang international station border gate.

The two border gates of Na Hinh and Na Nua are still operating normally, however, from May 2024 until now, no import and export goods have been cleared through here.

Also according to the latest report of the Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone Management Board on the import and export situation of goods through the border gates in the area, the total number of vehicles transporting export and import goods cleared through customs on August 29, 2024 was 1,429 vehicles. Of which, the number of vehicles with export goods: 400 vehicles (308 fruit vehicles, 92 vehicles with other goods); the number of import vehicles: 1,029 vehicles (938 cargo vehicles, 91 new vehicles).

Specifically, at Huu Nghi international border gate, the total number of vehicles transporting export and import goods through customs is 861. Of which, the number of vehicles transporting export goods: 244 vehicles (174 fruit vehicles, 70 vehicles of other goods); the number of import vehicles: 617 vehicles (566 cargo vehicles, 51 new vehicles); the number of vehicles turning around (transferring to another border gate): 0 vehicles.

On the Tan Thanh - Po Chai dedicated freight road (Area of ​​landmark 1088/2-1089), the total number of vehicles transporting export and import goods through customs is 437 vehicles. Of which, the number of vehicles with export goods: 135 vehicles (120 fruit vehicles, 15 vehicles of other goods); the number of import vehicles: 302 vehicles (262 cargo vehicles, 40 new vehicles); the number of vehicles turning around (transferring to another border gate): 0 vehicles.

At the Coc Nam-Lung Nghiu customs clearance (Area of ​​landmarks 1104-1105), the total number of vehicles transporting export and import goods through customs is 14 vehicles. Of which, the number of vehicles carrying export goods: 14 fruit vehicles; the number of vehicles carrying import goods: 0 vehicles; the number of vehicles turning around (transferring to another border gate): 0 vehicles.

In addition, at the main Chi Ma border gate, the total number of vehicles transporting export and import goods through customs is 117 vehicles. Of which, the number of vehicles carrying export goods: 07 vehicles; the number of vehicles carrying import goods: 110 vehicles; the number of vehicles turning around (transferring to another border gate): 0 vehicles.

At Dong Dang International Border Gate, departure: 17 carriages, 2 locomotives; arrival: 40 carriages.

According to Lang Son Provincial Customs, from the beginning of the year to the end of August 2024, the total import-export turnover of all types through the province reached over 40 billion USD, an increase of over 26.58% over the same period last year; in which, the total turnover of goods declared through Lang Son Customs Department reached over 3.3 billion USD.
