In 2023, the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee will continue to direct Quang Tri Newspaper to promote propaganda work, focusing on vividly reflecting political events and major holidays and anniversaries in the province.
Quang Tri Newspaper has successfully completed its information and propaganda tasks, comprehensively reflecting the political, socio-economic, national defense and security, and foreign affairs situation of the province. The organization of propaganda on the newspaper has been implemented promptly, fully, and with quality. The propaganda content is rich, diverse, and presented in an attractive way, which has been recognized and highly appreciated by readers.
Thereby, contributing to promoting the image of the land and people of Quang Tri to domestic and international friends. At the same time, orienting public opinion, creating consensus among officials and people to carry out the socio-economic development tasks of the province.
Regarding the Provincial Radio and Television Station, the Provincial People's Committee continues to perform well in leading and managing press activities; providing and orienting information in many fields and important issues. Paying attention to allocating funds, investing in facilities, staffing, and training, thereby helping the station stabilize its personnel and finances, ensuring information is in line with its principles and purposes.
In 2023, the Provincial Radio and Television Station effectively carried out information and propaganda work on the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; socio-economic development, national defense and security; Party building and government building work of the province and constantly improved, innovated and enhanced the quality of programs.
The Provincial Literature and Arts Association has paid attention to directing Cua Viet Magazine to continue to maintain its orientation, principles, and goals, closely following the major policies of the central and provincial governments to propagate closely, correctly, promptly, practically, and with high quality.
Continue to improve the quality of the magazine's content and form; deploy an electronic magazine to ensure high quality and efficiency.

Identifying one of the key tasks in 2024 and the following years that needs to be focused on is implementing digital transformation, innovating press work in a modern direction, in line with the trend of journalism in the new era, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Ho Dai Nam requested local press agencies to continue implementing the Quang Tri Province Digital Transformation Project in 2025, with a vision to 2030, and it is necessary to have a plan as well as careful preparations to implement digital transformation in the next phase. At the same time, review to continue implementing the National Press Planning on organizational structure, operating mechanism and facilities.
Regarding propaganda work, it is recommended that press agencies become the source agency, take the lead in orienting and providing official information to readers, viewers, and listeners, especially on sensitive issues that are of public interest.
