On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory, the Women's Union at all levels of Thanh Hoa province enthusiastically organized many gratitude, cultural, artistic, and sports activities... to promote the nation's tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source" and express deep gratitude for the sacrifices of our ancestors for the independence and freedom of the country.
Members and women of Hop Ly commune (Trieu Son) simulated a motorbike - a vehicle used by Thanh Hoa's fire line workers to serve the Dien Bien Phu campaign and paraded on main roads.
Notably, many Women's Union units organized sports exchanges, folk dance performances to the medley of songs: "Qua mien Tay Bac", "Chien thang Dien Bien", "Inh la oi" launched by the Central Presidium of the Vietnam Women's Union; parades on the main roads of communes, wards and towns with banners, traditional flags, pennants... creating a vibrant atmosphere, multiplying national pride.

This activity not only contributes to improving the spiritual life and health of people in general and women in particular, but also arouses and spreads pride in the glorious victories of generations of fathers and brothers in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign.
At the Association's bases, the work of propagating and disseminating widely to all levels of the Association, cadres, members, women and people of all walks of life about the significance, stature and great historical value of the Dien Bien Phu victory; about the important role and contribution of the Party Committee, government and people of Thanh Hoa in the Dien Bien Phu campaign has been promoted.
Hai Hoa Ward Women's Union presented packages of medicinal herbs and milk to 60 female veterans and frontline workers.
Cam Yen Commune Women's Union (Cam Thuy) coordinated to launch the national flag street.
Many Associations of Thach Thanh district participate in sports exchanges with an exciting atmosphere.
Some typical units organized meaningful activities, such as: Women's Union of Ba Dinh ward (Bim Son town), Hop Ly commune (Trieu Son) paraded on main roads; Women's Union of Cam Yen commune (Cam Thuy) launched the flag route; Women's Union of Hai Hoa ward (Nghi Son town) gave gifts to honor female former Youth Volunteers, female frontline workers....
