Separate each cabbage leaf, remove the hard stem on the leaf, wash it. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a little salt and a few slices of ginger, add the cabbage and cook for about 3-4 minutes until soft.

Remove the cabbage leaves and soak them in a bowl of cold water. Remove the wilted green onions and wash them. Blanch one part quickly in hot water, remove and drain.
