The Provincial People's Council committees met to review the draft resolution submitted at the 12th Special Session of the Provincial People's Council.

Standing members of the Provincial People's Council and delegates attended the meeting.

Attending the meeting were comrades: Pham Thi Minh Xuan, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Thi Thanh Tra, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen The Giang, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Fatherland Front Committee, departments, branches and sectors of the province.

The meeting listened to the drafting agencies present draft resolutions in the following areas: Approving the expenditure tasks and support levels for the People's Committee of Son Duong district to support basic construction costs to serve the arrangement of administrative units at the commune level in Son Duong district according to Resolution No. 35/2023/UBTVQH15 dated July 12, 2023 of the National Assembly Standing Committee; Abolishing Resolution No. 05/2023/NQ-HDND dated July 6, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council regulating expenditure levels for organizing the implementation of compensation, support, resettlement and compulsory inventory and compulsory land recovery |when the State recovers land in the province; Approving the list of land plots to be auctioned for investment projects using land in the province in 2025.

Comrade Phung Tien Quan, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and Head of the Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee, chaired the meeting to review the draft resolution.

The meeting also gave opinions on the draft resolutions: Draft Resolution on Establishing and Reorganizing Professional Agencies under the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province; Assigning civil servant positions in professional agencies and administrative organizations of Tuyen Quang Province in 2025; Supplementing the list of projects to implement land recovery, projects to change the purpose of using rice-growing land and production forest land in 2025 in Tuyen Quang Province; Approving the Project on Building the headquarters of the Military Command at the commune level and housing for militia forces when performing tasks of Tuyen Quang Province; Approving the adjustment of the Medium-term Public Investment Plan of local budget capital for the period 2021-2025, Tuyen Quang Province.

The delegates attending the meeting basically agreed with the draft resolution and at the same time contributed some opinions on the contents of the draft resolution. Regarding the draft Resolution on Establishing and Reorganizing Professional Agencies under the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province, the delegates spent most of their time giving their opinions on the draft. The delegates requested the drafting agency to review the regulations in accordance with the direction of the Central Committee, the Politburo , the Central Steering Committee and the orientation and suggestions of the Government Steering Committee and in accordance with the practical situation of the province.

The leaders of the Provincial People's Council committees requested the drafting agencies to absorb the opinions of the delegates, continue to review all draft resolutions to edit the format, consider adjustments, presentation techniques of the documents, and the content raised by the delegates; complete the submission and draft resolutions to ensure completeness, strictness, and compliance with regulations before submitting them to the 12th Special Session of the 19th Provincial People's Council.
