The Committees of the Provincial People's Council reviewed the contents submitted to the 22nd Session (Special Session), the 19th term Yen Bai Provincial People's Council

CTTĐT - On the afternoon of February 19, the Legal Committee and the Economic - Budget Committee of the Yen Bai Provincial People's Council held a conference to review the contents submitted to the 22nd Session (Special Session), the 19th term Yen Bai Provincial People's Council.

The Legal Committee reviewed the content of two submissions and draft Resolutions.

At the Conference, delegates reviewed and commented on 4 reports and draft Resolutions to be submitted to the 22nd Session (Special Session) of the 19th Yen Bai Provincial People's Council. In particular, the Legal Committee consulted on 2 reports and draft Resolutions, including: a report and draft Resolution on the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee; a report and draft Resolution on the approval of the Regulations on the management of new urban architecture in Khanh Hoa, Yen The town urban area, Luc Yen district, Yen Bai province.

The Economic - Budget Committee sought opinions on two submissions and draft Resolutions, including: a submission and draft Resolution on assigning additional estimates of provincial budget revenue and expenditure in 2025 (phase 1); a submission and draft Resolution approving the list of works and projects that need to change the purpose of using rice-growing land and production forest land to other purposes; amending a number of Resolutions of the People's Council approving the list of projects that need to change the purpose of using protective forest land and production forest land.

Through research, the delegates basically agreed to approve the contents of the reports. However, the delegates requested the drafting agency to supplement and clarify the contents of some specific provisions and clauses in the draft resolution.

The Legal Committee and the Economic and Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council receive, synthesize, edit and complete the content of the submissions and draft resolutions before submitting them to the 22nd Session (Special Session), the 19th term Yen Bai Provincial People's Council.
