Young singer Bui Tuan Ngoc was elected as a member of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam-Laos Friendship Association.

Singer Bui Tuan Ngoc hopes that many young people will participate in people-to-people diplomacy to foster friendship between Vietnam and countries around the world.


With his positive contributions to the friendship between the two countries, singer and musician Bui Tuan Ngoc has just been elected as a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam-Laos Friendship Association, term V, 2023-2028.

Sharing with TG&VN, the young singer said this is not only a personal honor, but also an opportunity for the younger generation to join hands to continue the tradition of close ties between the Vietnamese and Lao peoples.

Bui Tuan Ngoc shared: “Over the past half century, the Vietnam-Laos relationship has become a shining symbol of special friendship, built with the blood, trust and strong will of generations of fathers and brothers.

With my new responsibility, I see myself as a small bridge, carrying the faith and love of young people to strengthen that relationship.

As an artist, I believe that music is a language without borders, a bridge connecting the hearts of two nations. I wish to use my voice to convey messages of solidarity, the desire for peace and common development between Vietnam and Laos.

Singer Bui Tuan Ngoc hopes that many young people will participate in people-to-people diplomacy to foster friendship between Vietnam and countries around the world.

“Our generation grew up in peace, but never forgot the contributions of our predecessors. Therefore, every action today is not only a responsibility but also a deep gratitude,” he said.

We vow to bring youthful enthusiasm, love and creativity to continue writing the beautiful story of the special friendship between Vietnam and Laos, so that 'forever green, forever sustainable' is not just a slogan, but a vivid reality in every heart and in both peoples."

Singer and musician Bui Tuan Ngoc, born in 2000, is currently working at the Army Music and Dance Theater. As a singer, musician, and Youth Union Secretary, he has participated in many foreign affairs programs in Laos, Cuba, Russia, etc.; participated in the 8th Vietnam-China Border Defense Friendship Exchange and the Vietnam-Laos Political Work and Young Officers Exchange; and the 2nd Vietnam-Laos Border Defense Friendship Exchange Program.

During the art performance trip to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Lao People's Army, Bui Tuan Ngoc proposed and organized for the Youth Union and the Women's Association of the Theater to carry out many meaningful activities in Savannakhet and Salavan provinces, Laos such as: planting souvenir trees at Kaysone Phomvihane Park; visiting and giving fruits to children in difficult circumstances and wounded soldiers...

With his efforts and contributions, Bui Tuan Ngoc was awarded the Friendship Medal from the Lao Ministry of Defense; Third Prize in the Vietnam-Laos Storytelling Memorabilia Contest; Certificates of Merit from the Savannakhet Provincial Youth Union and Salavan Provincial Youth Union...

In addition, he also composed a hit song that impressed young people in Vietnam and Laos called Vientiane Girl with nearly 3 million views on social networking platforms.
