Ngoc Son has just inaugurated a house on a plot of land of more than 1200m2 in his hometown Tam Hai, Quang Nam province. He is the investor of this house. This is a solid 2-storey structure, with a usable area of ​​about 500m2 with 6 spacious bedrooms. All the furniture is made of precious wood, hand-picked by Ngoc Son himself.

Previously, Ngoc Son revealed that the family designed the communal house with a modest area. But with the desire to turn this place into a shelter for people during storms and floods, he personally came up with the idea of ​​designing it to be solid and sturdy.

The entire cost of construction of this project was shouldered by Ngoc Son and built with the best materials. Although he did not disclose the construction cost, Ngoc Son said he spent a considerable amount of money to complete this dedicated project.

On the occasion of the inauguration of the communal house, Ngoc Son continued to donate 2 more houses of gratitude worth 100 million VND to the People's Committee of Tam Hai commune. Despite his busy work, the famous singer still spent 3 days staying at the communal house, personally buying many household appliances such as TV, refrigerator, washing machine...
