This is a solid 2-storey structure with a usable area of about 500 square meters and 6 spacious bedrooms. All the furniture is made of precious wood that Ngoc Son himself selected.
Previously, Ngoc Son revealed that the family designed the communal house with a modest area. But with the desire to turn this place into a shelter for people during storms and floods, he personally came up with the idea of designing it to be solid and sturdy.
