Over the years, not only is she a singer loved by young audiences, Lyly has also made her mark as a musician with many hit compositions. With her gentle music and sweet voice, Lyly has introduced to the public many new, carefully invested music products.
When mentioning Lyly, audiences often remember the image of the beautiful singer hugging a guitar and humming in videos posted on YouTube. That image, combined with her versatility, has helped Lyly gain the admiration of the audience.
Lyly has just released her first EP (extended play) called LoveLy, consisting of 5 songs: Sleep in the winter, Let me apologize, Why did you accept, Love is so cute, After the rain, the sky will shine again, all of which she composed and performed herself. Through this EP, she hopes to bring the audience a gentle, positive energy and hopes to find a common emotional connection with the audience, which can heal wounded souls.
“Over the past time, to get closer to the audience, Lyly identified her strengths and weaknesses and constantly tried to improve and update her image and music. Lyly will definitely be herself in her own very own musical domain,” she shared.
Lyly's real name is Nguyen Hoang Ly, born in 1996, and is a singer of the band Hello Yellow. She once boldly dropped out of college, went to Ho Chi Minh City alone to start a career, following her passion for music; sang at events and coffee shops to make a living, struggling for 2 years, Lyly wanted to give up at times. However, because her passion for art was so great, she still tried. Before working independently, she participated in the Sing my song contest, making an impression with her clear, sweet voice, but still could not shine. After the program ended, she gradually disappeared from the Vietnamese music market. And in an effort to assert herself, she suddenly became famous with the songs 24h, Khong yeu dung lai thuong nho...
In addition to singing well and playing musical instruments well, Lyly is also very prominent as a musician. She has created hit compositions for young artists to collaborate with, such as: Khong ok ma em day roi (Suni Ha Linh), Den da khong duong (AMEE), Anh nha o dau the (Amee, Bray), Khong yeu dung gai thuong nho (Lyly, Karik), Yeu tham (Hoang Yen Chibi, T'linh, TDK, Lyly) ... After nurturing and devoting all her heart and soul, Lyly contributes to bringing young audiences meaningful and modern musical thinking.
Recently, Lyly also attracted attention as the only Vietnamese female artist participating in the Chinese TV show - The Next Stage. Although only stopping at the top 10, The Next Stage was still a memorable experience for Lyly, helping her gain more experience in performing on stage, working with a professional crew, and accompanying many talented young international artists. Having gone through many difficulties in the process of building her name, Lyly gradually proved her ability. Not simply a hotgirl covering songs like the first day, Lyly is now a truly talented singer with depth in musical thinking.
