Singer Khanh Phuong wants to sell all shares in the company chaired by his wife.

According to the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), Mr. Pham Khanh Phuong (singer Khanh Phuong), member of the Board of Directors of Song Da 1.01 Joint Stock Company (SJC) registered to sell all 908,576 SJC shares (13.1%).

Expected transaction time from August 7-31, by negotiation or order matching method.

If calculated based on the price at the time of transaction on August 8 of SJC shares at 10,800 VND/share, Mr. Phuong expects to earn about 10 billion VND.

Previously, on June 16, Mr. Phuong successfully sold 902,000 SJC shares, reducing his ownership ratio to 13.1% of the current charter capital. The estimated value of the transaction is about VND12.5 billion, equivalent to VND13,900/share.

Right before Mr. Phuong's transaction announcement, Song Da Nhat Nam Company, chaired by Ms. Vu Thi Thuy (Mr. Phuong's wife), also registered to sell all 240,800 SJC shares. The expected transaction time is from August 4-25.

If the transaction is successful, Song Da Nhat Nam will earn about VND3 billion and will no longer be a shareholder at SJC. Previously, this enterprise sold 465,200 SJC shares in the session on July 28.

Notably, Ms. Vu Thi Thuy is also the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and Director of SJC. Ms. Thuy, born in 1983, only holds 22 SJC shares.

Singer Khanh Phuong is famous for the song " Warm Wind Scarf ". Mr. Phuong started buying SJC shares in June 2022 and joined the SJC Board of Directors at the end of 2022.

Mr. Phuong once shared that he bought SJC shares to take control of the company, not for speculative investment.

In early July, singer Khanh Phuong was fined VND245 million by the State Securities Commission (SSC) for illegally trading SJC shares.
