I call coffee a "stranger" because I have never planted it, never touched the red basalt soil, nor walked among the white coffee hills in Buon Ma Thuot. I am just a lost person, accidentally finding myself in a cup of gentle vegan coffee in the midst of a noisy life.
Vegan coffee is not flashy, not too sweet like flashy drinks. It is simple, pure, just the rustic flavor of coffee beans mixed with vegan nut milk, like a silent friend who understands my heart without me having to say a word.
Each sip of coffee is a slow moment, as if time has stopped, for me to listen to myself amidst the hustle and bustle of life. The gentle aroma, elegant bitterness, sweet aftertaste are all a reminder that simplicity is sometimes the most profound thing.
In Vietnamese culture, coffee is not just a drink, but a precious moment of silence. It is a small corner of a coffee shop with the melodious sound of Trinh music, or a sidewalk in Ho Chi Minh City where people sit together and tell stories of life over a cup of morning coffee.

Vegan coffee, for me, is also a green living choice, a way to appreciate nature and my own body. Each cup of coffee is a journey, from the rich Robusta coffee beans combined with elegant Arabica, to the care in each drop of milk from Bong Sung, all blend together to create an experience that is both familiar and new.
I am grateful to this "stranger" for the gentleness and purity it brings. It does not demand, does not bind, just silently accompanies me, helping me overcome the unexpected twists and turns of life. With a cup every day, I find peace, as if coffee understands me better than I do.
