The new BYD Seal 2025 electric car has been officially sold in the Singapore market with 3 versions, including Dynamic, Premium and Performance. The price of the BYD Seal 2025 ranges from 191,888 - 266,888 SGD (about 3.74 - 5.2 billion VND). All these prices include the certificate of ownership (COE).

The updated version of the BYD Seal electric sedan in the Singapore market has some notable upgrades such as a larger front luggage compartment (frunk) with a capacity increased from 50 liters to 53 liters. In addition, there are new alloy wheels and electric sunshades for the sunroof.

Compared to the new car launched in the Chinese market not long ago, the 2025 version of the BYD Seal for Singapore does not have a LiDAR sensor on the roof. The BYD logo remains silver instead of turning red like the car in China.

In the standard Dynamic version, the BYD Seal 2025 in the Lion Island is equipped with an electric motor located on the rear axle, generating a maximum capacity of 136 horsepower and a maximum torque of 310 Nm. The electric motor combined with a BYD Blade battery with a capacity of 61.44 kWh, provides a maximum travel distance of 460 km according to WLTP standards.

Meanwhile, the Premium version also has an electric motor located on the rear axle but is more powerful with a maximum capacity of 313 horsepower and a maximum torque of 360 Nm. The battery of this version has a capacity of 82.56 kWh, allowing the car to travel a distance of 570 km.

The most powerful is the Performance version with 2 electric motors and AWD. The electric motor located on the front axle produces a maximum capacity of 215 horsepower and a maximum torque of 310 Nm. The corresponding figures for the rear electric motor are 313 horsepower and 360 Nm. In total, the Performance version is strong with 530 horsepower and 670 Nm.

Similar to the Premium version, the BYD Seal Performance 2025 in Singapore also uses an 82.56 kWh battery. However, the Performance version only has a range of 520 km after a full charge. All versions use BYD's Blade battery and support the V2L feature. This feature allows the BYD Seal 2025 battery to be used to charge devices outside the car.

The Dynamic version's 0-100% battery charging time using 7 kW AC slow charging is 8.6 hours. If using 110 kW DC fast charging, the battery charging time from 30-80% is 32 minutes. For the Premium and Performance versions, the AC slow charging time is 15.2 hours. The DC fast charging capacity of these two versions increases to 150 kW.

In addition, the BYD Seal 2025 in the Singapore market also has safety features such as 9 airbags, 360-degree camera, front/rear parking sensors, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking (AEB), lane departure warning, emergency lane keeping assist, forward collision warning, door opening warning, blind spot warning, traffic sign recognition, intelligent speed limit and intelligent headlight assist.

The remaining change of the BYD Seal 2025 in the Singapore market is the new Shark Grey color. The remaining exterior colors of the car include Atlantis Grey, Aurora White and Cosmos Black.
