Thai Nguyen Provincial Post Office – Determined to break through in the campaign “120 days of action – Successfully reaching the finish line”

On the morning of September 18, Comrade Le Quoc Anh - Deputy General Director had a working session to support and remove obstacles for Thai Nguyen Provincial Post Office in effectively implementing the campaign "120 days of action - successful completion".

At the meeting, after listening to the report evaluating the implementation results as well as the production and business organization activities of the unit in the first 8 months of 2024, especially in the first week of the campaign, comrade Le Quoc Anh highly appreciated the management of the Provincial Post Office's leadership as well as the unit's activities in implementing the campaign. Accordingly, the unit has clarified the assignment of targets to each employee, well organized the supervision of the sales force, and built emulation programs to promote the sales force, especially targeting the specialized sales force in the area.

Deputy General Director Le Quoc Anh highly appreciated what Thai Nguyen Provincial Post Office has achieved in the recent period.

Although being one of the units affected by the recent storm No. 3, comrade Le Quoc Anh also requested the unit's leaders to pay special attention to strengthening international delivery services because Thai Nguyen still has a lot of room to exploit this service, in addition to shortening the overall delivery time, ensuring that goods reach customers as committed. Because ensuring new services is an effective way for customers to continue using our services.

The Deputy General Director emphasized: “All officers, employees, and workers of Thai Nguyen Provincial Post Office must be determined to overcome challenges, strive with a high sense of responsibility. In particular, the head of the unit must clearly understand his or her responsibility to the workers, and must strive to ensure income for everyone.”

Aiming to best complete the campaign "120 days of action - successfully reaching the finish line" as well as the 2024 production and business plan, creating momentum for development in 2025, comrade Tran Cao Hoai - Director of the Provincial Post Office pledged that Thai Nguyen Provincial Post Office will continue to mobilize and maximize collective strength, from leaders at all levels to staff, specialized sales force, tellers, postmen, collectors, Post Office - Commune Culture staff... to participate in the development of core services to promote breakthrough revenue.

“Although the first week of this Campaign was not really impressive, all employees at the unit have thoroughly grasped and determined to make a breakthrough in the following weeks with the highest goal of completing the targets assigned by the leaders,” comrade Tran Cao Hoai shared.
