Although it was their first time interacting with reality and they had some difficulty interacting with tourists and vendors at Ben Thanh market, the students of Nguyen Tat Thanh University did a great job filming, approaching and convincing the characters to cooperate.
With the guidance of the instructors, the students boldly communicated with foreign guests, found many shooting angles and interviewed the characters in the photos.

In an interview with students of Nguyen Tat Thanh University, Mr. Nguyen Vinh Ha - the head of the Ben Thanh Market Management Board's professional team - said: "Ben Thanh Market was built in 1913, not 1912, and was completed a year later. Currently, there are 1,538 stalls, the North Gate area outside the market sells fresh meat, fish, and vegetables.
Inside the market, there are dried foods, fruits, leather goods, fabrics, handbags, clothes, handicrafts, and souvenirs. In addition, the pure Vietnamese dishes at the food stalls also attract many visitors to enjoy.
While having to receive film crews coming to Ben Thanh market to prepare for the 50th anniversary of national reunification, Mr. Ha still enthusiastically provided more information about the actual business situation: "The average number of visitors is 3,000/day, on holidays from 5,000 to 7,000/day, of which about 70% are international visitors.
Therefore, in addition to English, French, and Chinese, many small traders can also communicate in Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, and Malaysian languages...
