The company was founded by Mr. Nguyen Huu Hung, an expert with nearly 20 years in the financial industry, who has held the position of senior expert and head of consulting at Lien Viet Securities Company, Vietinbank Capital, Chubb Life Management Fund, etc.

Mr. Hung has successfully advised on many M&A deals in the market in senior advisory positions for businesses in the F&B, consumer goods, real estate, tourism, industrial production, etc. industries.
