Maxtex (Maximum Technology) was founded in 1996 by entrepreneur Tripop Boonmuan - founder and chairman of Maxtex Group (Thailand). In 2018, Maxtex embarked on a new journey in the food technology field, with an innovative project: the rice flour production process using an advanced wet milling platform called “Max Series”.

The Max Series RFPC (small-scale rice flour production platform with a capacity of 75-250 kg per hour) is specially designed for small-scale production lines, requiring less raw material volume than traditional dry or wet milling methods (minimum 1,000 kg per hour). Through advanced wet milling technology, the Max Series produces high-quality, fine rice flour, called “Maxx Flour”.

“Our production line has been certified for strict quality control. Maxx whole grain rice flour is not only smooth and nutritious, but also suitable for people with gluten allergies. In particular, whole grain rice flour can completely replace wheat flour in some recipes,” said a Maxtex representative.

Maxtex has partnered with renowned chefs and nutritionists to create healthy recipes using whole grain rice flour.
