Training on product quality management, digital transformation, and application of technology in business for collective economic models

Participating in the knowledge training course, trainees who are members of the collective economic models, such as: Cooperatives, Linked Groups, and Cooperatives led by women in the province, will have access to basic knowledge, including: Raising awareness and management capacity for women who are members and managers of collective economic models in terms of governance, product quality management and business development in the context of digital transformation; Strengthening skills in applying digital technology in production, business activities, market access and e-commerce transactions; Updating knowledge on laws, quality standards, and food safety to ensure that products of collective economic models meet market requirements; Creating opportunities for connection, exchange, and sharing of practical experiences between models. Thereby promoting the sustainable development of collective economic models managed by women; Support long-term development strategy orientation, help trainees operate more effectively, contribute to improving the lives of members and contribute to the socio-economic development of the locality.

By participating in the class, students are guided on how to create Tiktok, YouTube channels... to introduce products and connect with customers. This is an opportunity for members of KTTT models to access, learn, research, and apply to effective management and operation; promote, introduce, and bring products closer to consumers.

It is known that this is one of the important contents of the Project "Supporting cooperatives managed by women and creating jobs for female workers in the period 2022-2030" (referred to as Project 01) which has been implemented for 3 years. Through the project, the Provincial Women's Union has organized many knowledge training courses; supported the establishment of 5 cooperatives with initial support sources such as seeds, animals, fertilizers, production tools, animal feed, etc.; created opportunities for members to start a business, participate in the annual "Startup Ideas and Products" contest organized by the Provincial Women's Union and the Central Vietnam Women's Union.
