Training on handling administrative violations in the forestry sector

The training course was organized by the Forest Protection Department, and trainees were instructed in the handling of administrative violations in the forestry sector, focusing on a number of contents, such as: Skills to identify behavior, nature, and level of violation; sanctioning authority, order and procedures for sanctioning, implementing sanctioning decisions, and enforcing decisions on administrative sanctions. Skills to prepare and fill in information on a number of forms used in handling administrative violations (minutes of work, temporary detention, administrative violations, verifying details of administrative violations; decisions on temporary detention, administrative sanctions, applying remedial measures, etc.).

In addition, students will directly participate in handling some hypothetical administrative violation situations; guide the handling of confiscated exhibits and means of administrative violations according to the Law on Management and Use of Public Assets. At the same time, participate in discussions and answer questions about difficulties and problems in the process of handling administrative violations in the forestry sector in the area.

By participating in the training, trainees will basically grasp and understand the legal regulations on handling administrative violations, especially the newly amended and supplemented administrative sanctions in the forestry sector; procedures, processes, and some skills in establishing records of violations in the forestry sector.
