Training on practical skills of the heritage art of Bài Chòi for students in Tien Phuoc | QUANG NAM ONLINE NEWSPAPER

(QNO) - This morning, June 28, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with the People's Committee of Tien Phuoc district to close the training course on practical skills of the heritage art of Bai Choi.

The training course took place over 8 days (June 20-27) with 51 trainees who were cultural officers of communes and towns, school officials and teachers, and talented people involved in cultural and artistic movements in Tien Phuoc. Trainees were instructed and taught techniques and experiences in performing folk songs, folk songs, and bai choi songs by musicians and artisans.

This activity contributes to promoting and spreading the art of Bài Chòi, preserving and developing the art form that has been recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
