Basic business management skills training

(ABO) On the afternoon of April 22, the Women's Union of Go Cong City in collaboration with the Management Board of the Project to Enhance Climate Change Resilience in Tien Giang Province organized the opening ceremony of the 2025 basic business management skills training course for members and women who want to do business in Go Cong City. Attending the opening ceremony was Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu Tien, Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union.

Attending the training course, the trainees were introduced by the Project's source lecturers to 10 lessons revolving around basic issues such as: Identifying strengths and difficulties in business operations; store management; products and services, understanding customers and competitors; sales process and closing orders; operating the store through processes and personnel; planning and controlling the budget; determining the selling price of products/services; determining the break-even point; legal regulations on taxes in business...

The training course aims to foster and provide basic knowledge for members and women to implement business ideas and start-ups; contributing to improving the efficiency of current business and commercial activities.
