BTO-On the afternoon of May 16, the Binh Thuan Professional Chefs Association organized a training course to improve culinary knowledge of famous chefs at TTC Palace.
Attending the baking knowledge training course were 40 professional chefs working at restaurants, hotels and resorts in Binh Thuan. The exchange session was attended by Chef Devlin Hoang - Vice President of the Professional Chefs Association; CEO of Au VietEducation Company specializing in chef training. At the training session, baking expert Mai Linh instructed the chefs on how to make seaweed bread and cheesecake.
This is a monthly professional activity organized by the Binh Thuan Professional Chefs Association, responding to the National Tourism Year "Binh Thuan - Green Convergence" 2023, thereby sharing experiences as well as the latest culinary trends to meet the needs of tourists in Binh Thuan.
Organizing and instructing chefs on baking knowledge, recipes, processing procedures, handling ingredients, and product decoration will help chefs improve their skills, contributing to creating culinary products to serve tourists, not only delicious but also beautiful, enhancing the culinary value of the locality to develop tourism.
