On October 5, information from Dong Ha City Police, Quang Tri Province, the unit promptly rescued 10 cases that were being illegally taken to Laos by subjects.
Previously, Dong Ha City Police received a report from Mr. NBM, residing in Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province, that his daughter NNQ (16 years old) was lured by a group of people to Quang Tri to cross the border to Laos to do "easy work with high salary".
During the verification, on the evening of October 3, the police discovered two cars picking up Q. and many others to take them to Huong Hoa district and promptly stopped them. The authorities also invited the people involved to the police headquarters for questioning.

According to Mr. NBM, his daughter had gone to vocational school. On October 2, when she did not return home, the man went looking for her.
Through some of his daughter's friends, Mr. M. learned that his daughter had been lured by some people on social networks and taken to Quang Tri with the promise of going to Laos to do "easy work with high salary". Mr. M.'s daughter was accompanied by a number of other girls who also joined the group in a similar manner.
Mr. M. then hired a car to chase the bus to Quang Tri, determined to rescue his daughter, and at the same time reported to the police in Quang Tri for help. Fortunately, Mr. M.'s daughter and many others were rescued by the authorities in time.
The case has been handed over by Dong Ha City Police to Quang Tri Provincial Police for handling and investigation according to their authority.
