Lieutenant General Nguyen Anh Tuan, Political Commissar of the Border Guard, emphasized that these are officers and soldiers with extensive experience, having held many positions, making many contributions, contributing their efforts and intelligence, and completing all tasks well in their assigned positions and responsibilities.
