In particular, the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) expressway project is of prime importance to the province, the long-standing dream and aspiration of the Cao Bang Party Committee and people, and has been directly directed by Secretary Tran Hong Minh.
Up to now, the highway is becoming clearer every day, when completed it will be a great driving force for Cao Bang to develop.

On this occasion, Minister Tran Hong Minh presented 5 gifts to 5 students of the province who won prizes in the national excellent student selection exam for the 2024-2025 school year.
Vietnam Transport Trade Union presented Tet gifts to union members, workers, and disadvantaged households in the province with a total value of 500 million VND; Vietnam National Shipping Lines donated 1 billion VND to support the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Cao Bang city.
Previously, Minister Tran Hong Minh led a delegation of the Ministry of Transport to offer incense in memory of President Ho Chi Minh at the Pac Bo National Special Relic Site (Truong Ha Commune, Ha Quang District).
On the morning of January 19, Minister Tran Hong Minh, former Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, attended the ceremony to announce the Politburo's decision on personnel work at the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee.
At the Conference, comrade Le Minh Hung - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee presented the Politburo's decision on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Quan Minh Cuong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the 15th term of Dong Nai province to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
