Hao Dat Tea Cooperative needs to promote online sales and electronic payments
Sharing with Minister Nguyen Manh Hung, Ms. Dao Thanh Hao - Director of Hao Dat Tea Cooperative said that currently, Hao Dat Tea Cooperative processes from 4 to 4.5 tons of fresh tea buds every day; on average, each year the Cooperative processes from 1,350 to 1,500 tons of fresh tea buds, supplying the market with 250 to 300 tons of dried tea buds each year.
Although the output is not too high, the average revenue of the cooperative still reaches more than ten billion VND/year. At the same time, the cooperative also creates regular jobs for 30-40 workers with an average income of 5-7 million VND/person/month and about 30 seasonal workers with agreed salaries.

Ms. Hao also said that, realizing the role and benefits of digital transformation, Hao Dat Tea Cooperative has implemented digital transformation in a flexible, appropriate, highly effective manner, reducing costs and optimizing human resources. At the same time, it contributes to changing production methods, maximizing labor, increasing product value and quickly accessing the market and linking with the value chain.
In addition to displaying and selling products at the production site, the cooperative also introduces and promotes on websites, participates in product display programs at trade centers, fairs and provinces across the country. All products of the cooperative are labeled with QR codes to manage the quality of tea products.
Before the digital transformation, the products were monotonous, not eye-catching in form, and monthly sales were not high. Since the digital transformation, the cooperative's products sold on the market have increased significantly. The products are designed with eye-catching packaging, not only meeting the needs of users, but also becoming gifts, bringing new experiences to people both at home and abroad, Ms. Hao said.
In addition, the Cooperative has also applied document management and dispatch tracking software, and used KiotViet sales management system software, helping to manage orders easily and reduce some of the effort at work.
