Reporting to General Phan Van Giang, Lieutenant General Do Minh Xuong - Director of the Army Academy said: In 2024, the Academy was honored to receive the Emulation Flag for the 5th consecutive time from the Ministry of National Defense for the Leading Unit in the Emulation Movement to Win. This achievement was achieved thanks to the attention, leadership, and regular direction of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense; the direction, guidance, and support of the Ministry's agencies, along with the solidarity, determination, proactiveness, creativity, and overcoming of difficulties of the staff, lecturers, students, employees, and soldiers of the entire Academy.

In 2024 and the first months of 2025, the Academy will complete the content of the Project to Build a Smart, Modern Army Academy by 2030, with a vision to 2045. Organize self-assessment of training programs by position for the period 2019 - 2024; identify policies and solutions for training, fostering, and developing a team of teachers and educational managers with adequate qualities, capacity, and prestige. Actively develop and implement 21 output standards of training programs by position. Up to now, the Academy is training the 3rd Master's course with a duration of 1.5 years; deploying Master's training combined with long-term training of regimental-level officers (2.5 years) for the 2024 - 2025 school year...

Lieutenant General Do Minh Xuong - Director of the Army Academy reported on the results of implementing tasks in 2024, the first months of 2025 and directions and tasks in the coming time.

With the motto "The quality of the school's training is the combat readiness of the unit", the Academy has promoted the application of active and modern teaching methods, focusing on learners, improving the thinking ability of students, turning the training process into a self-training process. Postgraduate admissions are carried out in accordance with instructions and regulations; focusing on considering foreign language standards. At the same time, international students are received and trained in accordance with the principles, procedures, and targets assigned by the Ministry of National Defense.

In the past time, the Academy has organized the acceptance of topics, documents, and textbooks at the ministerial, industry, and grassroots levels with good results. Actively implementing measures to build a comprehensively strong unit "Exemplary, typical"; at the same time, promoting the Emulation Movement to Win and implementing well the campaigns. The work of inspection, supervision, enforcement of Party discipline and the fight against corruption and negativity has been carried out closely and effectively.
