On April 23, Kon Tum Department of Education and Training sent a document to departments, branches, and organizations regarding the registration of the need to arrange for children to study in Quang Ngai province after the merger.

Accordingly, implementing the policy of arranging provincial-level administrative units of the Party Central Committee, Kon Tum province merged with Quang Ngai province, the political-administrative center is currently located in Quang Ngai province.

After the merger, many officials, civil servants and public employees moved to work in Quang Ngai province, which could affect their children's education.

In order to promptly implement the conditions related to the province merger plan, creating favorable conditions for cadres, civil servants, and public employees who wish to transfer their children to Quang Ngai City, the Department requests that units deploy to inform cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers to register.

Accordingly, a list of students who are children of officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers who need to transfer schools must be compiled and sent to the Department of Education and Training no later than April 26 to coordinate with the Department of Education and Training of Quang Ngai province to deploy appropriate plans.
