According to the plan, the Ministry of Finance assigned the General Department of Customs as the focal point responsible for synthesizing the progress of implementing the tasks of the plan... The Ministry of Finance assigned the General Department of Customs to preside over 6 tasks including: Upgrading the National Single Window Portal to receive and share information on import and export shipments and means of entry and exit with Nanning Customs (China) and competent authorities at the border gate.
Develop a Decree amending Decree No. 85/2019/ND-CP on the implementation of administrative procedures for exported, imported and transit goods; means of transport exiting, entering and transiting under the national single window mechanism and the ASEAN single window mechanism; specialized inspection of exported, imported and transit goods; management to conform to the model of data exchange of exported and imported goods between Vietnam and China.
At the same time, build and supplement functions on the National Single Window Portal to receive and share information on import and export shipments and means of transport entering and exiting the country with Nanning Customs - China and competent authorities at the border gate.
