Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang has just signed and issued Decision No. 412/QD-TTg approving the Plan to reduce and simplify regulations related to business activities under the management scope of the Ministry of Finance for the period 2024 - 2025.
Accordingly, the Deputy Prime Minister approved the plan to reduce and simplify regulations related to business activities under the state management of the Ministry of Finance in the 2024-2025 period related to 6 business sectors, including: Accounting services; valuation services; banking and finance; tax; customs; and securities.
Deputy Prime Minister assigned The Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and branches within their authority are responsible for implementing the contents and deadlines specified in the Plan to reduce and simplify regulations related to business activities, approved by the Prime Minister in this Decision.

Specifically, for the accounting service business, to promote digitalization, reduce the number of documents based on exploiting information from national databases, specialized databases, administrative procedure information systems, and creating convenience for individuals and organizations when implementing, Decision No. 412/QD-TTg has abolished the field of information on the date of issue and place of issue of citizen papers in the application form for issuance or re-issuance of a certificate of registration to practice accounting services...
For business lines in the field of finance and banking, procedures for granting, re-granting, adjusting, and extending certificates of eligibility for horse racing and dog racing betting; granting certificates of eligibility for international football betting, removing regulations on the composition of the dossier "Criminal record for business managers and operators" to reduce the composition of the dossier, which is a copy of the criminal record, to comply with regulations on standards and conditions for business managers and operators, helping to reduce time and costs for individuals and organizations.
For business lines in the tax sector, Decision No. 412/QD-TTg supplements the method of performing administrative procedures in the electronic environment for administrative procedures related to personal income tax reduction, business households, and business individuals facing difficulties due to natural disasters, fires, accidents, and serious illnesses.
For business lines in the customs sector, Decision No. 412/QD-TTg simplifies the conditions for implementing procedures for recognizing priority enterprises by reducing the requirement on turnover. Export and import in the year for the subject is the group of small and medium enterprises.
