Supplementing charter capital for a number of extra-budgetary State financial funds and supporting employment

The People's Committee of Phu Tho province has just issued Decision No. 2396/QD-UBND dated December 2, 2024, allocating detailed investment sources in 2024 to supplement charter capital of non-budgetary State financial funds and supplement entrusted capital to implement loans for job creation according to Resolution No. 111/2024/QH15.

Specifically, agree to approve the detailed allocation of 12 billion VND to supplement the charter capital of extra-budgetary State Financial Funds and supplement entrusted capital to implement loans to create jobs according to Resolution No. 111/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly on a number of specific mechanisms and policies to implement National Target Programs.

The Environmental Protection Fund, the Farmers Support Fund and the Cooperative Development Fund are supplemented with charter capital of 3 billion VND/fund. The capital entrusted through the Provincial Social Policy Bank is 3.0 billion VND to implement loans to create jobs.

Additional funding will help organizations have more resources to operate effectively, contribute positively to environmental protection, the development of farmers and cooperatives, and create more jobs and income for workers.
