On December 12, the Ministry of Home Affairs responded to the information spread about the proposed policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, and public employees in the arrangement and streamlining of the political system's apparatus.
According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, the information being spread on social networks and shared is inaccurate information, drafted by individual civil servants. The Ministry of Home Affairs emphasized that this is not a document that the Ministry has researched, proposed, reported to competent authorities for consideration and comments.
The Ministry of Home Affairs recommends that organizations and individuals do not base on unofficial draft documents to share information and repost on social networking sites.
Information on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants and public employees when implementing the streamlining of the organizational apparatus, which is considered and decided by competent authorities, will be publicly announced by the Ministry of Home Affairs on mass media and sent to relevant agencies, units and organizations in the political system for implementation.
Recently, the Ministry of Home Affairs also sent a document to the Ministers of ministries, Heads of ministerial-level agencies; Heads of Government agencies; Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and cities on the orientation of developing plans for arranging and assigning cadres, civil servants, public employees and people working under labor contracts when implementing the arrangement of the administrative apparatus.
At the meeting of the Government Steering Committee to summarize the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently" held on December 12, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also requested that agencies and units pay attention to doing well the ideological work, researching regimes and policies in the spirit of ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of workers, cadres, civil servants and public employees and having a suitable transition period.
