According to the Ministry of Interior, the information circulating on social media is inaccurate and was drafted by an individual civil servant. The Ministry of Interior emphasizes that this is not a document researched, proposed, or reported by the Ministry to competent authorities for consideration or feedback.
The Ministry of Interior requests that organizations and individuals refrain from sharing information and reposting unofficial draft documents on social media.
Information regarding policies and regulations for officials, civil servants, and public employees during the streamlining of organizational structures, which will be considered and decided by competent authorities at various levels, will be publicly announced by the Ministry of Interior through mass media and sent to relevant agencies, units, and organizations within the political system for implementation.
Recently, the Ministry of Interior also sent a document to the Ministers of ministries, heads of ministerial-level agencies; heads of government agencies; and chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and cities regarding the orientation for developing plans for the placement and arrangement of officials, civil servants, public employees, and contract workers when implementing the reorganization of the administrative apparatus.
At the meeting of the Government's Steering Committee summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the organizational structure of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient" held on December 12, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also requested that agencies and units pay attention to doing a good job of ideological work, researching regulations and policies in the spirit of ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of workers, cadres, civil servants, and public employees, and having an appropriate transition period.
