(Chinhphu.vn) - The Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee decided to appoint comrade Pham Quang Ai to the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs. The Standing Committee of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee appointed comrade Le Thi To Nga to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission.

Appointment of new Director of Nam Dinh Department of Home Affairs
On the afternoon of September 30, Giao Thuy District Party Committee, Nam Dinh held a conference to announce the Decision of the Standing Committee of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee on personnel work. Accordingly, in Notice No. 1269-TB/TU, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee assigned Comrade Cao Thanh Nam, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee to be in charge of the Giao Thuy District Party Committee from October 1, 2024 until the position of Secretary of the Giao Thuy District Party Committee is completed. Previously, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee gave its opinion, the Chairman of the Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee decided to appoint Comrade Pham Quang Ai, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Giao Thuy District Party Committee to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Nam Dinh province from October 1, 2024. Presenting congratulatory flowers and giving a speech assigning tasks to the comrades receiving new assignments, Comrade Le Quoc Chinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized that personnel work is a regular task of each Party Committee and Party organization, in order to meet the requirements of immediate tasks as well as prepare cadres for the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the efforts of Comrade Pham Quang Ai during his tenure as Secretary of the Giao Thuy District Party Committee, who always promoted the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, creativity, and constant innovation in leadership and direction, making an important contribution to helping the Giao Thuy District Party Committee rise up to comprehensively complete its political tasks. Appointment of Deputy Head of the Mass Mobilization Committee of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee
On the afternoon of September 30, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission held a conference to announce the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on personnel work. At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission announced Decision No. 1232-QD/TU dated September 27, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on comrade Le Thi To Nga ceasing to hold the position of Member of the District Party Committee, Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Fatherland Front Committee of Xuan Truong District to transfer and appoint her to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission from October 1, 2024, with a term of appointment of 5 years.
