The Ministry of Planning and Investment has developed two growth scenarios for 2024.

Scenario 1: Annual growth reaches 6.5% (close to the upper limit of the National Assembly's target), Q3 growth is 6.5%, Q4 growth is 6.6% (the scenario in Resolution No. 01 was 6.7% and 7%). Scenario 2: Annual growth reaches 7%, Q3 growth is 7.4%, Q4 growth is 7.6%, higher than the scenario in Resolution No. 01 by 0.7% and 0.6%.
