ViFi also strictly adheres to international standards on data quality and security such as NIST, iBeta, GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001... Specifically, the voice biometric technology applied in the ViFi solution suite meets the evaluation criteria of NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology of the United States) according to ISO/IEC 19795-1 and 19795-2 standards.
Meanwhile, the anti-fake face technology is certified by iBeta (a member of the FIDO Alliance) according to ISO/IEC 30107-3 standard.
The ViFi solution suite is developed from core technologies fully owned by VinBigdata Company such as AI generation, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.
The technology is built on a multi-disciplinary database of up to 3,500 terabytes, along with tens of thousands of hours of high-quality voice and millions of processed and cleaned image data.
Therefore, ViFi can support both text and voice channels, integrating intelligent image processing tools, making interaction between virtual assistants and users convenient and easy.

Sharing about the birth of ViFi, Dr. Dao Duc Minh, General Director of VinBigdata Joint Stock Company, said that the launch of the ViFi solution set is part of VinBigdata's plan to promote the application of generative AI in enterprises.
