Outstanding minds will be present in Vietnam at the VinFuture 2024 event series to discuss the future of the world, including Professor Yann LeCun, who is known to the world as the 'godfather of AI'.
The VinFuture Foundation has just confirmed that outstanding names in contemporary world science will come to Vietnam during VinFuture Week 2024. One of the first names mentioned by the VinFuture Foundation is Professor Yann LeCun, who is known by technology people as "Godfathers of AI" or "Godfathers of Deep Learning".

Professor Yann LeCun will appear at the panel discussion "AI Implementation in Practice" (December 4). This panel discussion is expected to be one of the "hottest" events in the series of activities of VinFuture Week 2024, as it deals with the field that is of the most interest to the world today. In particular, the appearance of Professor Yann LeCun, Vice President and Director of AI Science at Meta Group, will make the panel discussion even more attractive.
Professor Yann LeCun is a French-American scientist (he currently holds dual French-American citizenship), famous for his research on AI, machine learning, computer vision, robotics and computational neuroscience... In particular, he has made great contributions to the fields of deep learning and convolutional neural networks (CNN). CNN is the foundation of many products and services deployed by global technology giants such as Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Baidu, AT&T... and is used by billions of people around the world every day.
In 2018, Professor Yann LeCun and two scientists, Geoffrey Hinton and Yoshua Bengio, received the Turing Award (an award that is considered to be Nobel Prize in Computer Science). The world media calls Professor Yann Le Cun and his two colleagues (Professor Geoffrey Hinton, Professor Yoshua Bengio) the "Godfathers of AI" or "Godfathers of Deep Learning".
