On August 10, in Ia Rve commune, Ea Sup district, the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command started construction of the project to upgrade the mobile road to the border to the Ea H'Leo and Ia Rve Border Guard Stations under the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command.
The project is nearly 10km long, with a total investment of 60 billion VND, including 2 road axes: The road axis from National Highway 14C to Ea H'leo Station is nearly 6km long and the road axis from National Highway 14C to Ia Rve Station is more than 4km long.

According to the design: This is a level 6 road, with a cement concrete road surface structure. With a roadbed width of 6.5m; road surface of 3.5m; 2-side sidewalks of 3m wide. There is a drainage system and a traffic safety system. Estimated construction time is 720 days.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Colonel Dao Viet Hung, Commander of the Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard, emphasized: The Dak Lak Provincial Border Guard Command was assigned by the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee to be the investor of the project. This is one of the important projects of Dak Lak province. Once completed, it will help shorten the mobility time, ensure safety for people and vehicles, promote economic and social development, and ensure national defense and security in the border area. Therefore, the Project Management Board and the contractors, consultants, and supervisors are requested to concentrate their forces and means to organize the construction according to the design, time, and progress as committed in the contract.
