The Ministry of Industry and Trade will begin conducting a final review investigation from October 2023 in accordance with the provisions of Vietnam's trade defense law.
The investigation process of the case is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Foreign Trade Management, relevant regulations as well as the Anti-dumping Agreement of the World Trade Organization (WTO).
The investigating authority determines that there is a possibility that the imported goods under investigation will continue or recur in dumping behavior causing damage to the domestic industry in the event of termination of anti-dumping measures.
In the coming time, the Ministry of Industry and Trade will coordinate with relevant management agencies to inspect, monitor and supervise the effectiveness of the implementation of the decision to ensure a fair and favorable competitive environment for manufacturing industries in accordance with legal regulations.
