From March 31, the Ministry of Public Security officially launched the Ministry of Public Security Information Page on the Zalo social networking platform.

The Ministry of Public Security's information page on the Zalo OA social networking platform is granted legal administrative rights by the governing body with a "gold tick."

The Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal is the permanent unit that manages and organizes the activities of the Ministry of Public Security's Information Page on the Zalo OA social networking platform.

Along with the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal and the Ministry of Public Security's information page on Facebook, the Ministry of Public Security's information page on Zalo OA platform is the official information channel of the Public Security force on the network environment, with the function of informing and propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and the Ministry of Public Security's regulations on ensuring security, order, and building the People's Public Security force.

At the same time, through this Zalo page, it will help provide information on the situation and results of security and order work; crime prevention and law violations; warnings about the methods of criminal activities and other law violations.

In addition, it helps to propagate, fight and refute false, hostile and toxic information; build the prestige and good image of the People's Public Security force; enhance the ability to interact, helping the public access more quickly to the official information sources of the Ministry of Public Security.

The deployment of the Ministry of Public Security's Information Portal on the Zalo social network platform is based on Decree No. 42/2022/ND-CP dated June 24, 2022 of the Government promulgating regulations on the provision of information and online public services of state agencies in the network environment; to meet the need to access official information on security and order on digital platforms, serve the people better and better, effectively serve the task of ensuring security and order and building the People's Public Security force./.
