At the ceremony, Lieutenant General Nguyen Minh Chinh, Director of the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention, presented 5 hotline numbers to representatives of 5 units under the Ministry of Public Security.

At the same time, he also requested the police of all units and localities to disseminate and call on the entire force to use Gtel Mobile's products and services for professional activities and normal activities in life and family.

Currently, there are 5 mobile networks with infrastructure on the market: Viettel, VNPT, MobiFone, Vietnamobile and Gtel Mobile. The mobile networks are preparing to participate in the frequency auction for the 5G network. Accordingly, if the frequency auction is conducted, 3 network operators will be granted 5G frequency. However, at this time, there is no official information on whether Gtel Mobile will participate in the 5G frequency auction or not. According to experts' analysis, 5G will open up new opportunities for network operators in the context of traditional voice and SMS services declining.
