The Provincial Military Command organizes activities in response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day and the Provincial Armed Forces Traditional Day.

- On April 17, the Provincial Military Command organized a propaganda ceremony to celebrate the 78th anniversary of the Provincial Armed Forces' Traditional Day (April 17, 1947 - April 17, 2025), the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), in response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day.

Attending the program were Colonel Ha Dinh Khiem, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, leaders of the Provincial Military Command, heads of agencies and officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command.

Proud of the glorious tradition of 78 years of building, fighting and growing of the provincial armed forces, 50 years of liberating the South and unifying the country, the cadres and soldiers of the provincial armed forces always maintain and promote revolutionary heroism, following in the footsteps of previous generations; unite, overcome all difficulties, steadfastly and firmly, have absolute trust in the leadership of the Party, strive to excellently fulfill the tasks of contributing to the Party Committee, government and people to build Tuyen Quang province increasingly stronger; build a national defense associated with the people's security posture worthy of being a political force, an absolutely loyal and trustworthy fighting force of the Party, State and people.

Responding to the Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21) with the message "Together with books, entering the era of national growth" in substance and achieving practical results, the Party Committee - Provincial Military Command requested Party committees and commanders at all levels to effectively direct the implementation of library and reading room activities at agencies and units; create the most favorable conditions for officers and soldiers to have time to research and learn to develop a reading culture, develop thinking, and train the personality of a revolutionary soldier; each officer and soldier must be worthy of being an active nucleus in the reading movement, preserving national cultural values.
