Coordinate with forces to strengthen the work of grasping the local situation. Timely advise and propose, promptly handle situations, avoid being passive and surprised, contributing to maintaining sovereignty over borders, islands and political security, social order and safety. Proactively prepare forces and means, ready to perform tasks of preventing and fighting natural disasters, searching and rescuing, fires and explosions, and forest fires in the area.

Organize forces to participate in the defense combat drills of Military Region 3. Direct the organization of defense area drills in 5 districts and cities, provincial defense combat drills for 3 departments and combat defense drills for 9 companies. At the same time, do a good job of military recruitment and selection, calling citizens to join the army in 2024.
